Iwbest's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the iwbest platform ("we", "us", or "iwbest") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to iwbest's website, mobile application, and all related services.

Iwbest is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We offer Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and more to users in Bangladesh and beyond.

To open an account on iwbest, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must operate the account in your own name and in your own interest.

• You have not previously been banned from iwbest.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Iwbest supports deposits via a range of mobile banking methods. Key rules regarding deposits:

• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per day (higher limits available for verified accounts).

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

All deposits must be made from the member's own payment method. Depositing using another person's account or a borrowed card/wallet is strictly prohibited. This is essential for financial security.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum Withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If a transaction appears suspicious or there is evidence of a rule violation, iwbest may temporarily place the withdrawal on hold pending an investigation. Appropriate action will be taken once the investigation is complete.

Iwbest offers various bonuses and promotions. To enjoy them, the following conditions must be met:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically ranging from 3x to 30x.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Each member may take advantage of any single promotion only once.
• Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will be automatically cancelled.
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or sports.
• Placing bets with bonus funds beyond the permitted limits may result in the bonus being voided.

Iwbest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Accounts may be suspended if bonus abuse or exploitation of bonus strategies is detected.

The following rules apply when placing bets on iwbest:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Iwbest reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds prior to the start of an event.
• In the event of a lost internet connection or technical failure, bet outcomes will be determined based on the actual result of the event.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If an event is abandoned or stopped at half-time, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

In live betting, odds change rapidly. iwbest reserves the right to reject late bets if the outcome of the event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iwbest platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Use of betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse.
• Harassment or intimidation of other members or staff.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to abuse bonuses.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Iwbest reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Proof that the account holder is underage.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after investigation — unless forfeiture applies due to a violation.

Iwbest is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party software or hardware.
• Unexpected technical outages or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from a user disclosing their own information to a third party.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

Iwbest is committed to maintaining a high standard of service and promises to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Iwbest believes betting is entertainment — not a problem. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting is automatically stopped once losses reach a set amount.
• Cooling Off: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Impose a permanent or long-term restriction on your own account.
• Reality Check: Receive regular reminders about your session time and spending.
